Position Overview
The Seminary of Lincoln Christian University seeks qualified applications for a professor in Pastoral Care and Counseling, effective August 1, 2010.
Primary Responsibilities
Specific assignments would include teaching and supervision in the licensure-oriented Master of Arts in Counseling program, and in the pastorally-oriented Master of Divinity program.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in psychology or related field
- Significant experience in both classroom teaching and counseling
- Interest in online instruction, and evidence of scholarly contribution.
- Applicants should possess a reputation as a Christian leader, and experience in pastoral ministry is highly valued.
- The ideal candidate should be prepared to respond to and, if hired, invest in the University’s mission, statement of faith, and philosophy of education.
