The Conference will focus on presidential responsibilities and expectations, skill development, and problem solving that are inherent to the position. Instruction and extensive small group interaction and mentoring will be provided by a select cadre of presidents with extensive biblical higher education experience. The conference will be held at the Wingate Inn-Orlando Airport, located just minutes from the Orlando airport via free hotel shuttle service. With the exception of a $100 registration fee, two nights’ lodging, meals & refreshments, and program costs for each participant and spouse will be covered by the ABHE Leadership Development for Biblical Higher Education Fund. Participants will be responsible for transportation costs to and from the conference, any additional lodging, and the optional ($60) golf outing Saturday afternoon. The conference is intended primarily for ABHE presidents who are in their first three years of office. Participation may be open to other presidents as space permits. Previous participants have offered high praise and heartfelt gratitude for the provision of this professional development experience. I’m supremely confident you and your spouse will gain many practical leadership insights, receive personal inspiration and encouragement, and forge rewarding friendships with biblical higher education peers and mentors.
