Position Overview
The Indian Bible College has been training Native Americans for ministry to their own people for over 50 years. At the Indian Bible College, all staff are missions support or volunteer. We are looking for a fully or partially retired experienced academic who can commit to at least two years with IBC to help prepare us to seek Accreditation.
Primary Responsibilities
At the Indian Bible College the Academic Dean functions as the senior Vice President. This position oversees the faculty and curriculum development, will likely teach a couple of classes, and will hopefully help us prepare for accreditation.
Qualifications
- This person needs to have at least a Masters Degree and have moderate experience in higher education.
- Strong relational and organizational skills are preferred.
- This person must be willing to relocate to Flagstaff for a minimum of two years.
